At Freddo Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
